
Pralines with almonds, nuts and coconut
For 50-100 Pralines we need:
40gr of almonds (triturated)30gr powdered sugar
200gr Marzipan
20ml liqueur of amaretto
HazelnutsCoconut-crumbles
Lets start:
Knead together the Marzipan, the triturated almonds, the liqueur and the powdered sugar. Pick up from the compact mixture little pieces and form it to little praline rolls.
Now you can decide if you want to dunk them into the coconut-crumbles or decorate them with hazelnuts!
Lay the pralines on a backing plate and allow them to cool for at least 4h.
